PROJECT OVERVIEW
The City of Santa Paula is beginning an infrastructure improvement project along Harvard Blvd. from 10th Street to Peck Rd. This multi-year project will improve roadway and curb access along Harvard Blvd, as well as increase the longevity of both the water and sewer mainlines within this corridor. At the end of this project there will be:

New paving, striping and curb ramps

8,600 LF Potable Water Mainline

8,100 LF Sewer Mainline

Congresswoman Julia Brownley personally presented the City of Santa Paula with $2 million dollars from Congress. The City of Santa Paula has been allocated the funds to assist the City with the Harvard infrastructure and street projects. Additional funding provided by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund.
