HARVARD BOULEVARD SEWER PIPELINE,  WATER MAINLINE AND PAVEMENT  REPLACEMENT PROJECT IS COMPLETE

The City of Santa Paula has completed the two year infrastructure improvement and paving project along Harvard Blvd. from 10th Street to Peck Rd. This multi-year project improved roadway and curb access along Harvard Blvd, as well as increased the longevity of both the water and sewer mainlines within this corridor.
